Join us for a live presentation by Andy Schonberger, Vice President of Client Services for Intelligent Buildings.This session will provide an overview of the challenge of
addressing cybersecurity in commercial buildings across the lifecycle of buildings – acquisition, (re) development, operations, and disposition. IB will share examples of
these challenges, both successful and mitigated, from across the CRE landscape and, most importantly, what you can do to avoid these risks in your buildings and deliver modern, connected services.
Andy Schonberger is the Vice President of Client Services for Intelligent Buildings, where he helps owners assess buildings, gives strategic advice & protects, monitors, and keeps buildings’ systems ready with 24/7 IntelliNet services. Andy has 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate technology specialist. He’s had roles in facilities management and technology, ranging from large industrial to commercial office, in engineering, project management, advisory and hands-on implementation roles, including through Cisco Systems and the Canada Green Building Council, where he is a Past Chair of the Toronto Chapter. Andy is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Energy Manager, and a Professional Engineer with an MBA from York University.
