Calling all TOBY Judges!

If you are interested in being a TOBY Judge, this seminar is for you!  As well, if you’re considering entering your building for a TOBY, serving as a judge is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the process. Attendance is required to serve as a 2025 Local TOBY Judge.
 
WHEN: Monday October 20th, 10:00am-11:30am
WHERE: 300 Colorado Street, Austin TX, 78701
 
Requirements to be a 2025 Local TOBY Judge:
Must be a BOMA Austin Member (Engineers are exempt if their property manager is a BOMA Austin Member)
Must complete the 2025 TOBY Judge training in person.
Must commit to completing online judging between October 22nd and November 7th, which will take approximately 6-8 hours of your time.
Must be available during the week of November 3rd – 7th for onsite inspections in Austin.
