Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Luncheons
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 3 days prior to the registration deadline stated on the event page or registration form.
- If a cancellation is received by the deadline, a full refund will be issued (less any applicable merchant fees; see below). Members may elect to receive a credit instead of a refund.
- Cancellations received after the deadline and no-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Substitutions are always welcome if the original registrant is unable to attend.
- All refunds will be processed through Bill.com and will be reduced by the merchant fees incurred on the original transaction; these fees are retained as an administrative cost.
Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable Items There are no cancellations or refunds for membership dues, sponsorships, the partner program, or our signature events (Golf Tournament, Women In Action, Fall Event).
