Description:DUE TO THE INCREASE IN COVID CASES & STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS - WE FELT IT BEST TO CANCEL THIS YEARS HOLIDAY PARTY!  MANY OF OUR MEMBERS COMPANIES ARE REQUESTING THEY NOT ATTEND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS. 
We are excited to plan a holiday party at the Fair Market featuring a sit down dinner, music, lights, networking & a cookie crawl!  Get in the holiday spirit by strolling through our outdoor Christmas Village hunting for cookies and discovering other holiday surprises as you go. We have planned the event with social distancing in mind (see below for covid precautions).  Festive attire is encouraged! 

Due to limited parking in the area we are providing complimentary valet.  And those that use a ride share or takes the train to get to the venue will be entered in a $250 VISA gift card (show receipt as proof).  Plaza Satillo train station is .3 mile from venue or a 6 minute walk.  Please note the North train only runs until approx 7:30pm.  Attendees could take the train to the venue and Uber home.

Details:REGISTRATION
  • NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED - MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED
  • MEMBERS ONLY EVENT (this event is not open to non-members & those on waiting list)
  • $45 registration fee includes buffet, 2 drink tickets, valet & entry to cookie crawl
  • In order to control attendance we will limit registration to 60% principal/support/emerging members & 40% Allied/Professional Members
  • Only Sponsoring Allied/Professionals may attend (see list below). $500 sponsorships are available if not listed below (includes 1 attendee)
  • We ask that you not bring spouses or significant others - this is meant to be a business networking event
  • 48 hour notice required to avoid charges

COVID PRECAUTIONS:
  • Covid Pre-Screening required before arrival to event
  • Temperature checks will be performed before entry
  • Masks & social distancing required at all times unless seated at tables
  • Seating will be limited to 6 people per table (72" tables)
  • Seating will be assigned as people arrive - if you want to sit with someone in particular - you should arrive at the same time
  • The venue has large overhead doors that we will open to allow for fresh air ventilation
  • The venue has been sanitized for our event

  • Buffet is served behind a plexi-glass, the servers are masked & gloved
  • Drink orders will be served at tables to avoid congregating at bar
  • Extra drink tickets available through online app to minimize exchnage of credit cards (no cash accepted)
  • Cookies will be individually wrapped
  • Groups will be managed to 10 or less people at a time for the outdoor cookie crawl
  • We take this seriously and are confident we have provided a safe environment
