Join us for a presentation focused on National, State & Local advocacy topics presented by subject matter experts and leaders in commercial real estate.
Ken Rosenfeld is the Director of State and Local Affairs for BOMA International and will discuss National issues related to commercial real estate. He specializes in directing state and local advocacy efforts for the leading commercial real estate association, providing strategic and technical assistance and creating new resources.
Neftali Partida, Public Policy Advisor with Locke Lorde, will provide an update on State Legislation. Nef Partida provides strategic counsel and tactical guidance in the public affairs sector to corporations, NGOs, PACS and numerous federal, state and city elected officials.
Trey Salinas & Talia Hill with 3 Point Partners & BOMA Austin's Public Affair Consultants will provide an update on the local election & ballot outcome.

MEMBERS ONLY EVENT (this event is not open to non-members & those on waiting list)
Member In-Person $45
Member Online $25 - includes $15 Door Dash Gift Card (MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO 11/17 TO RECEIVE GIFT CARD PRIOR TO EVENT)
60% principal/support/emerging members
40% Allied Members
48 hour notice required to avoid charges
In-person price includes buffet lunch, beverage & dessert
COVID PRECAUTIONS:
Registration will be contactless including Covid Pre-Screening before event
Temperature checks will be performed before entry
Masks required at all times unless eating
6 foot distancing will be required at all times

It's like going to a restaurant, the venue is limited to 75% capacity
Seating will be limited to 4 people per table - 8 foot tables
The venue has been sanitized for our event
Food is served behind a plexi-glass buffet, the servers are masked & gloved
Desserts will be individually boxed
All beverages are bottled or in disposable service w/ tops distributed by server
