Calling all TOBY Judges! If you are interested in being a TOBY Judge, this seminar is for you! As well, if you’re considering entering your building for consideration of a TOBY, serving as a judge is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the process. Attendance is required to serve as a 2024 Local TOBY Judge. You only need to attend one of the seminars, not both.
Requirements to be a 2024 Local TOBY Judge:
Must be a BOMA Austin Member (Engineers are exempt if their property manager is a BOMA Austin Member)
Must be available during the week of October 7th for onsite inspections in Austin.
Must commit to completing online judging between September 23rd and October 17th, which will take approximately 10 hours of your time.
