Registration, Dates and Cost:

• Registration fee is $600 per person ($100/class 6 classes), which includes an updated 2024 training manual, lunch, and parking fees as needed.
• Students will receive manuals on the first day of class.  Bring pens, paper, and highlighters as needed.
• Class starts at 9:00 and concludes at 3 pm

  • February 27th, 2025 - (Protecting the Asset with Chad Williams)
  • March 6th, 2025 - (Accounting, Reporting & Budgeting with Amanda Torres)
  • March 13th, 2025 - (The Building and its Systems (Part I) with Tricia Motz)
  • March 20th, 2025 - (The Building and its Systems (Part II) with Tricia Motz
  • March 27th, 2025 - (Property Services with Tiffany)
• Must attend all dates to receive credit for program - missed dates cannot be made up otherwise.
