Event Description
Calling all TOBY Judges! If you are interested in being a TOBY Judge, this seminar is for you! As well, if you’re considering entering your building for consideration of a TOBY, serving as a judge is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the process. Attendance is required to serve as a 2024 Local TOBY Judge. You only need to attend one of the seminars, not both.
Requirements to be a 2024 Local TOBY Judge:
Requirements to be a 2024 Local TOBY Judge:
- Must be a BOMA Austin Member (Engineers are exempt if their property manager is a BOMA Austin Member)
- Must be available during the week of October 7th for onsite inspections in Austin.
- Must commit to completing online judging between September 23rd and October 17th, which will take approximately 10 hours of your time.
- Must complete 2024 TOBY Judge training in person.
